As CEO and Founder of Capri Bookkeeping Solutions, LLC, Ethan is the driving force behind the company and responsible for its strategic growth and scalability. His focus is equally dedicated to business development, client relations and team motivation. When not acting on the company’s vision, Ethan remains hands-on assisting with clients’ books and collaborating with Team Capri daily.

Prior to founding Capri, Ethan spent years as a controller for a handful of companies from varied industries, honing his skills in finance management, team building and business administration. It was this experience that opened his eyes to the challenges of small business owners who juggle daily activities and wear many different hats. Now as a small business owner himself, he applies all he has learned to working with companies both small and large with the goal of helping manage time, save money and improve the bottom line.

A graduate of Drexel University, Ethan holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting and has been a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor since 2008. His strong belief in supporting continued education and improvement has sparked his role as a mentor to clients, colleagues and staff.

Community is very important to Ethan. He is a board member and treasurer of both the Childhood Leukemia and Lymphoma Foundation (CLLF) and Unite Cherry Hill as well as serves on the board and several committees of the Legacy Treatment Services Foundation. The former budget director and vice president for Haddon Township Athletic Association (HTAA) is also a contributing sponsor for several organizations such as the Ronald McDonald House of Southern New Jersey and Teen Challenge – each of which share a commitment to the well-being and healthcare of deserving families.

Ethan’s zest for work is overshadowed only by a passion for his wife and children. Splitting his time between South Jersey and South Florida, he enjoys being outside whether on the beach, boating or leisurely bicycling. Ethan is a self-proclaimed foodie and not much tops a traditional Italian dinner with family.
