Joanne Panaro joined Capri in June 2026 as a full charge bookkeeper. Prior to joining the company, she worked at Blueprint Managed, where she assisted with high-level account management and strategic account growth. Over the course of her career, she has held diverse positions across various departments; ranging from operational roles to sales, strategic management, and upper management. Her background includes studying business management and accounting at college, followed by extensive on-the-job training that advanced her career to VP-level positions in property management, facilities management, and small business management.
Professional Affiliations & Community Involvement
A resident of Deptford, NJ, Joanne maintains active connections within her professional and local communities. She is affiliated with several organizations, including Connex Member, the US Green Building Council, the Urgent Care Association, the Small Business Association, and the Women in Business Association. Outside of work, she is heavily involved with her daughters’ equestrian teams nonprofit and is deeply committed to mental health awareness initiatives.
Personal Background & Inspiration
In her personal time, Joanne loves everything about the fall season, enjoying Halloween and autumn weather, and holds a keen interest in the paranormal. What gets her up in the morning is her kids—powered by Starbucks—who serve as her primary motivation to continuously improve. Rather than following a single mentor, she draws inspiration from several motivational speakers, including Tony Robbins and David Goggins. Her favorite quote is “Beyond fear lies freedom,” which resonates with her because it applies to every aspect of life.
