Capri Bookkeeping Solutions led a full modernization of the business’s financial infrastructure. We migrated the company from QuickBooks Desktop to QuickBooks Online, implemented structured policies and procedures around bill pay and inventory, and helped the business upgrade to a new POS system to accurately track sales, food purchases, payroll, wage and tip allocation, and sales tax. We also implemented a vendor management system to give ownership real oversight of food costs from their purveyors — closing a major visibility gap that had existed for years. Additionally, we introduced the client to a trusted tax accounting firm to handle their business and personal taxes, and we work closely with that firm as a team to address tax matters alongside the client’s day-to-day accounting needs.
