Daniel Martin joined Capri on April 7, 2026, and serves as our Business Development Manager. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy from Kutztown University and holds a certification as a QuickBooks ProAdvisor. Before joining Capri, Daniel worked as a Jr. Staff Accountant at Schwartz & Associates. His path to Capri has included roles as a Sales Development Representative and Staff Accountant, leading to his current position running Business Development.
Current Responsibilities
In his day-to-day role, Daniel drives strategic growth by identifying new market opportunities, building partnerships, and converting prospects into clients. His daily activities generally blend sales, strategy, and relationship management.
Personal Background & Motivation
Residing in Pennsauken, NJ, Daniel stays active outside of work by training (having completed a half-marathon in 2025), reading, and trying new foods. He is driven by a desire to make his fiancée and parents proud while serving as a role model for his siblings. He considers his father his primary mentor, having relied on his guidance throughout sports, education, and his career. Daniel is inspired by a quote ”Sometimes the hardest things in life are the things most worth doing”—which serves as his daily reminder that overcoming challenges leads to greater strength and personal growth.
